Sterling Filter and Metal Products is a custom manufacturer of ultrasonic cleaning baskets in stainless steel or plain steel, constructed with wire mesh, perforated material or rod.  Stainless steel ultrasonic cleaning baskets are in stock and fit most ultrasonic cleaners.  Custom ultrasonic baskets can be designed to your specifications.  Heavy duty round or rectangular baskets are used in washing systems for degreasing or for dipping.  They are available in stainless steel or plain steel and three mesh sizes.  These baskets can be customized with material, dimensions, handles, lids, hinges, dividers and inserts.

Sterling is a custom manufacturer of steel bar and aluminum grilles made for the HVAC industry.  Powder coating available.

Baskets

Our quality control system is an integral part of the manufacturing and packing process for our baskets.  Our quality construction include:

  • Resistance spot welding, tig welding or mig welding for smooth, strong welds.
  • Framework and supports constructed for structural strength.
  • Handles designed to meet lifting requirements or for stacking.
  • Constructed to customer’s specifications.

Grilles

We are also a custom manufacturer of steel bar or aluminum grilles.  Our grilles are constructed with quality in mind.  We can:

  • Perform resistance spot welding or tig welding to insure smooth, strong welds, proper support, and long lasting construction.
  • Steel bar grilles can be angled at various degrees depending on application; they can measure to lengths from 12 inches to 108 inches.
  • Grilles constructed with high quality, low carbon steel flatwire can have brackets, camlocks, pins, frames or be made pencil proof.  The grilles can be powder coated or unfinished.
  • Custom aluminum grilles are constructed with mill finish material.  Grilles can be used in HVAC applications. They can be powder coated or unfinished.
